About The Designer
Although Bianca, the creative force behind BiBi The Wonderfish, grew up in 1980s England, it was her bohemian childhood summers, spent at the beach on the magical island of Mykonos that sparked up her love of swimwear. Chic Mykonian beaches and a passion for exploring exotic coastlines across the globe – these 27 years of beach-life experience are evident in her design style.
Creating a swimwear label has been an ambition ever since Bianca made her first bikini, way back in 1998, as a school Textiles project. After this successful first attempt she made up her mind that there would be more fabulous creations to follow. Alongside her career in the T-shirt industry, she wanted to apply her eclectic tastes in fashion to a beach environment by offering something unique and edgy, with a luxurious feel, and durable enough to last thorough the whole summer and beyond!
As Bianca learnt to swim before she could walk, it’s not surprising that she maintains the attitude that sassy swimwear must be practical as well as beautiful. You can feel confident that BiBi The Wonderfish is comfortable and secure to wear as well as spectacular to look at, whether you’re scuba diving or simply sashaying along the shore!
